How Many Hours You Should Do Exercise?

  • According to the U.S Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) every individual needs to 2 types of physical activity per week
  • Aerobic                            
  • Muscle strengthening.
Healthy adults should at least do 2–1/2 hours per week of moderate intensity aerobic activity. Running, brisk walking are some of the examples of aerobic activity.


On the other hand when we come to muscle strengthening so to stay fit and healthy at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity of physical activity per week and 75 minutes per week for vigorous intensity.
Muscle strengthening involves:-
  • Legs
  • hips
  • Back
  • Abdomen etc.
