Combination of Fruits and Milk:How Good or Bad?


Do you know, even 2 healthy food when taken together can turn unhealthy.Milk is one of them.
According to Ayurveda, we should not combine fruits with milk, specially in case of sour fruits and it include banana, pomegranate and mangos as well it leads to weight gain so having or combining milk with any other food or fruits may prove backfired for those who wish to loss weight.

Because by mixing milk and fruits together it tends to slow down the metabolism and lowers the digestion process as well, because of which the food is converted into the fats which leads to weight gain, so those who are dreaming to lose their jeans size(loss weight) should strictly avoid to have milk and fruits combination together.
Milk never combined well with any other food.Milk is a complete and concentrated food in itself. It requires full digestive process of its own kind.
It is a totally different protein like meat,eggs,nuts etc. It doesn't digest in stomach,but in duodenum.Hence,in the presence of milk stomach doesn't respond with its secretion.
So, in order to loss weight it is not recommended to to consume fruits and milk together.Yes, you can consume milk and fruit separately.
