Kapha(Cough)Body Type:Good and Worst Food
You cliched it a lot many times that each and everyone has different body and different body type as per their doshas.
First and foremost thing you must know the main thing about our different body types. I don't know that how many of you are familiar with the 3 major body types (doshas) which plays the vital role for functioning our body.
Last but not the least, apart from all these foods there are some other recommendations as well which you must know being a Kapha body type or those who are suffering from cough.

According to ayurveda not all foods is created equal. In fact, the type of food you need is totally dependent on your Doshas—both your Prakriti, the Doshic combination you were born with, and your Vikruti, the Doshic combination you have today according to your diet and lifestyle.
Here's the foods which a person with Kapha Dosha(cough) or person suffering from cough, should consume and the foods they should avoid.
