Loss weight: Without Hurting Your Body

In today’s situation its difficult for the working people to do exercise regularly or go to the gym, but they wanna loose weight too.

It's not a rocket science to loss weight without going to gym and hurting your health alot. 

Because as far as my consideration you can easily lose your weight just by following some simple tips, but if you are a sweet,chocolate lover or so much addicted to these all so it's not for you :-
  • Stop or consume less sugar.

  • Do drink a glass of water before brushing your teeths in the morning.     
  • Go for herbal teas like green tea, turmeric tea, tulsi tea etc.



  • Do exercise, meditation and yoga daily it will definitely helps you to lose weight.

  • Never ever skip breakfast and lunch, if your aim is to loss weight.

  • Start taking khichdi once in a week or atleast 2-3times in a month.
                   

  • Switch from artificial sweeteners to the more natural sweetners like jaggery, honey and mishri as well, but stop using sugar as soon as possible.
                   


  • Last but not the least early to bed and early to rise.
