Fail to Gain Weight? Here are the Reasons

Many people are facing the problem because they are unable to gain weight. But relaxe, because here I come up with the reason that hinders the process of your weight gain and sharing some tips which will become fruitful for you.

According to Ayurveda the crucial cause of unable to gain weight is increase in Basal Metabolic Rate.

Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of energy per unit time that a person needs to keep the body functioning at rest.

Many people don't have strong immune system and strong digestion and because of which all the nutrients gets out of the body through bowl movement which ultimately leads to unabling weight gain.

Nutrition plays very vital role in gaining weight so try to make your digestion stronger so that the body will absorbs all the necessary nutrients and help you to gain weight by accumulating those nutrients within the body.

Apart from BMR there are also lot many reasons you are unable to gain weight which are as follows:-
  • Not getting enough sleep
  • Not drinking enough water
           

                     
  • Not taking sufficient protein
  • Overdoing cardio training
  • Adding too many oils/dressings
  • Having no clue of your calories intake
  • Not having the patience
  • Eating to many “healthy foods”

Tips to gain weight:-

1.Exercise

2.Drink some water after 30min of meal

3.Eat rice and Chapati together(at least once or twice a day)

4.Banana+ghee(clarified butter) or butter+sugar(empty stomach)

5.Do kapalbhati

6.Warm milk+ashwagndha

7.Paneer(in lunch or dinner).
